What should be included in diet during pregnancy?

A. Hello mam , in pregnancy a well balanced diet and little more extra calories from a healthier option would be good such as ghee , dry fruits and nuts can be taken , seasonal fruits and vegetables, dals and lentils , though through out your pregnancy avoid papaya and pineapple
