Q.

What should be eaten to increase milk supply. My baby is 3 months old. Should i have any lactating supplement or protein powder

A. I would suggest you to take Shatavari powder three times in the day with warm milk and apart from that what you eat is equally important so you should try and consume more of proteins into your diet including lentils and millets along with that also also I’m going to suggest you to have regular proteins of dairy products and good amount of green leafy vegetables and fruits and good amount of water of cost to maintain hydration
