Q.
what should be diet plan for 1 year old ? my twins are having 2 solids and snack (fruits) .. I am trying to make it three solids but in vain... they have formula thrice a day..

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello ypu should be giving your child 3 meals in a day along with snacks and fruits and also give milk and there is no restriction with what food you can be giving your child and you can give your child everything that you prepare for the family
