You can add many things in your seven months old baby’s diet plan. Now you can start giving cereals, Chapati, oats, ragi, egg, coconut,, vegetables, fruits, coconut water, rice. All these things are very healthy for babies so you can add anything in babies regular diet plan and baby should take at least four meals in a day
