A 1 year old can take all normal home cooked food but made with less oil and less spicy
Make sure u include atleast 1 fruit per day and 2 katori of vegetables every dua
Give small and frequent meals to the child
Do not force feed the child
Upma, poha, cheela, idli, dosa, paratha, rice and dal with sabji or roti with dal and sabji, pulao, vegetable khichdi, egg can be given

three meals and couple of breakfasts can be given
her meal should include any two items from the group of food given below :
1. probiotics
2. soups
3. meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits
4. daliya , khichdi , upma , sheera , khir etc can be use.
