Vritika AroraMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy7 years agoA. in pram you can put the baby in lying down position but in stroller the baby is put in the sitting position. some baby gears serve both the purpose of stroller and pram. it's you personal choice what to select and according to the comfort level of the baby
