nikesh dhamiFather of a 3 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. my baby had a similar thing, looks quite similar to that. it is a bacterial infection. my son's pediatrician advised an ointment called Mupicron ointment to be applied after properly cleaning the area with wet wipes. it spreads very fast so apply it 4 to 5 times a day. we were also given antibiotic augmentine or something.
it was very effective and my baby had exactly same thing on his eyebrows which got alright by second day of applying this ointment. but do check with your doctor

This is something very not usual in babies in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because your doctor can only advise you will after examining baby till the time you should not try to scratch it or remove it till it is not advised by doctors so first you have to consult with your doctor
