To prevent kids from current situation or any other infection, it is important to feed fresh and home cooked foods including variety of fluids like water, buttermilk, fresh juices, coconut water, curd, etc. Maintain personal hygiene and include Vitamin C rich foods like mausambi, orange, pear, peach, guava, pineapple, papaya, kiwi, tomato, green leafy vegetables, broccoli, etc. Do not take child outside and keep him away from people who go out or come in touch with outside people. Make him wash hands before and after every meal and after play.
