What paste can be used to the kids? At what age should start brushing kids teeth?

MohanaMom of a 8 yr 4 m old girl7 years agoA. I use Dabur meswak, she loves it... u can use as normal paste as u use.. but take one one little drop that's enough for babies.. for toothbrush, I bought Mee Mee. it is gud.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children8 years agoA. Use finger toothbrush. Wash the brush in water and wear it on your finger and gently brush the baby teeth. This is called wet brushing. Generally babies won't need a toothpaste until they are two years old. After which you can use fluoride free toothpaste in peanut size quantity to brush the kids teeth. Our dentist recommends kidodent and we have been using it for a long time now.

You get kids tooth paste from Colgate and Pepsodent ....they are good. start brushing from the very first tooth.initially you don't need to use tooth paste...use a finger brush and just massage the gums and teeth. after a few teeth appear use a baby toothbrush. akways brush twice a day for 2 minutes for healthy teeth.but this once your baby has sone teeth and is out of breastfeeding.
