SantoMom of a 8 yr 7 m old child8 years agoA. Extra absorb is best. Mamy poko is really good. The one that absorbs more is mamy poko pants of all other brands and it keeps baby's bottom dry. You can use even upto 6-7 hours. It's safe. Also always go for a bigger/next size to avoid rashes.
