Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparations, and daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment o&dnf nutritional and energy requirements according to the age
POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. A 2 years old baby would need all types of foods to be included in the diet for healthy growth and development. You can now start feeding all seasonal fruits, rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy or mixed vegetables, chicken soup, boiled egg, omelette, pan cake, waffle, khichdi, dalia, idli-dosa with sambhar, upma, poha, legumes, milkshakes with dry fruits, oats with nuts, besan and beetroot cheela, stuffed parantha alongwith 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
