Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus
Try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Continue the regular diet which is being given to the child

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr old child3 years agoA. Hi dear mom. As ur baby is 6 months old for cough u can give maxtra syrup. And also apply baby vicks vaporub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold. Take care
