What medicine give to my baby.. yesterday evening temperature was 99.2 degree today morning 8am 100.1 degree 9am 99.5 degree.. today morning urine test done here attached with urinary test report pls suggest medicine for my baby

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. there is mild infection in the urine j. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

Calpol is the lightest medicine that you can give to the child it is paracetamol that you can repeat at every six hours for your child for fever and it’s a very baseline fever so nothing to be worried just continue with this medication till the time the temperature is there
