A. give paracetamol in proper dose for fever fir time being, Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. hello Mom it is very important and you should consult with the doctor for the proper medication because proper examination is important before that and most importantly give ORS show the child and give him died which is light and easy to digest for few days like the curd rice Khichdi curd yoghurt butter milk fruits
