A. why do you have to give medication ?? teething problems can start as early as 4 months of age . Signs can be crying baby , irritability , cranky , drooling of saliva , gum swelling and taking everything in to mouth for chewing . Massage gums gently for relief , can give a silicon or wooden teether for ease and continue giving vit d 3 1 ml daily for smooth dentition .

A. hi if a child is looking happy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need of extra medicines. just feed your child on demand burp your baby well after each feeding. keep the environment calm and dark while sleeping. make sure your child feel comfortable at sleep time. and baby is too young so no need to train your child
