A. Dear Mamma, if you are breastfeeding directly on demand please don't worry about all these terms. just latch baby on demand and wait till baby unlatches. basically fore milk quenches the thirst and hind milk satiates the hunger I. simple language

A. Fore milk is the light milk which comes in the beginning of a feeding session and hind milk is the fat thick milk which comes after 10 to 15 minutes of feeding session.. This is important for a baby's overall growth and development
