POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Just like fruits, vegetables too can be added to the 7-month-old baby's food list in mashed form. Steam veggies like carrot, potato, sweet potato, peas, or whatever seasonal vegetables are available to you, are healthy baby food.
