what kind of foods to be given to 7 month old baby as he was a formula feed baby?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom the baby should be given a mix of liquids and semi solids and mashed consistency foods . Initially start with Liquids and then gradually move to semi solids . You can give Dal or rice water , vegetable soups or fresh fruit juices, later Steamed vegetables, fruit purée , kichidi, porridge with suji , ragi or multigrain mix
