what kind of food the child should take for to get more nutrition food.

A. Hello dear parent! You can give your baby all the homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in thy diet. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day so that the rest of the nutrition domes from healthy foods. Good luck and take care.
