A. hello dr. my baby is 1yr 7 months old.. frm last 2-3 days shw is suffering from runny nose n cough.. i m giving her maxtra drops.. can u plz tell me the exact quantity of drops at this age?? right now i m giving her 0.4ml..

A. He or she can eat the same food as the rest of the family. Do not fixate on amounts and do not make mealtimes a battle. Whenever possible, offer your child finger foods instead of soft ones that require a fork or spoon to eat.

A. Hello mam
A 2 year old can have normal home cooked food
Include 2 fruits , 2-3servings of vegetables in any forms everyday in the child diet
Include protein like milk, curd, paneer, soya, sprouts, beans, dal, oats, egg in all three meals of the child . Also include dry fruits in the diet
Do not force feed the child
Give small and frequent meals to the child
Avoid excess intake of biscuits, Maggie, chips, cookies, junk foods, cold drinks in the diet of the child

almost all home cooked food items are best for Healthy growth of child.
so please offer Sabji, Chapati, dal rice, salad, dairy product etc in your child meal.
