what kind of food is good for baby to have good digestion?

A. fruits like apple pear papaya...oats dalia curd r good for digestion

A. kindly give easily digestible food for few days like rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana poha Upma and do not give milk to the child but you can continue breastfeeding if going on. Also it is advisable not to give any Milk products like outside milk Cerelac milk powder cow milk animal milk. You cannot give chocolate and icecream. you cannot give outside food as well as preservative food. Avoid giving raw food and also sugary food Avoid tea coffee go for more curd and buttermilk

A. My baby is having 1year....can i give cow's milk now..... before I use similac formula milk....

A. Hello mom For babies digeatio you should add more fibre food in babies regular diet plan. Rather than this now your baby is one year also you can add anything in babies regular diet plan because there are no food restrictions now. So you should just try to get daily routine food to your baby
