ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. Mostly blood in stool is present when baby is having constipation and passing regularly hard stools so you should increase more of liquid diet to the baby And include more of green leafy vegetables and fruits, which has fibers

it means child is having severe constipation or Infection
so please keep your child well hydrated
give easily digestible food items
avoid giving maida based food products
give juice of soaked Black raisins daily in morning
