ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist6 years agoA. here it is wear comfortable clothing. do sponging with water at normal temperature, not too cold. it helps in taking temperature down. do not give medications without prescriptions. consult your doctor in case of persistent fever, poor oral intake, excessively sleepy child.

SantoMom of a 8 yr 6 m old girl6 years agoA. Hii..hello good evening .. viral fever will gradually go on its own.. ry to place a wet cloth in forehead. This would reduce the heat. Keep monitoring for temperature. If the temperature is more It's better to check with your doctor and follow his advise. That would be the best and safest option.
