what is use of vam water...why should we give this to kids...what is use of it..if so when should it be given

A. hi it means ajwain seeds water usually it can be given after 7 months age in 2 tsp quantity once in a day it helps to make digestion easy and also help to protect child from cold and cough infection, increase Child's apetite too
