What is this redness in babies sclera, recently few days before he scratched at outer surface of eye which got red and swollen treating that with t-bact, now since 3 days there is redness in sclera of his eyes giving toba drops please guide

A. this is looking like infection in the eyes. There can be lot of individual variation in the problem sometimes there is need to do physical examination and if required for investigations also to come to the diagnosis and give appropriate advice ok
