What is this on the arm in a 4 weeks old baby? Mosquito bite or any thing else?

It Looks like a mosquito bite only to me which is why a little bit of swelling is there I would advise you to keep rubbing some ice cube or a gradually coconut oil onto that area the swelling is going to settle down over the period because it’s very normal for anybody to have a bit of swelling when a mosquito bite is there
