It’s looking like a white small patch and it can be associated with deficiency of calcium or dryness in the body so currently I’m just going to advise you to apply EVION it’s a vitamin E cream that you can use if it is due to dryness it is going to help and settle over the period and also start with calcium supplement for three months and see if that helps and if nothing working even after completing the time of 3 to 6 months or if you feel it is spreading or anything then in that case you should immediately visit your doctor
