what is this?can u plz guide for this initially my son in fever for two days and heavy infection in throat but after take medicine by doc fever not coming . But this rashes coming

A. your child has a viral skin infection causing eruptions/rash that typically last 5-6 days before fading over the next 5-6 days. symptomatic treatment, regular fluids, and daily baths are recommended. stay in contactd with your doctor. apply t-bact cream to any blister discharge, use paracetamol for fever, and apply calamine lotion if advised. d
