Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi it should be result of milk accumulation there please clean your child mouth area after each feeding use soft clean wet cotton clothe for this if child is having low apetite,low urine output, irritability etc please visit your pediatrician for once
