Shaista TarannumMom of a 17 yr 1 m old boy8 years agoA. i would suggest that you do not give any such drops for the baby right now. your baby is too small. only breastfeed exclusively till completion of six months. give formula milk if required only. try to eat healthy food urself and feed your baby well. feed atleast once every two hours. let her get all the required nutrition through breastmilk which is the healthiest of all.
