what is the solution for remove dandruff in infnats

If You are sure that it is dandruff then you can go for SPO shampoo but as far as I know at this age kids do not have dandruff its cradle Which looks like dandruff but once you get the scalp of the child shaved off after that the issue is going to come to a permanent end itself
