Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. if these are tiny pimple like rashes on the body then it is common in babies and are called baby acne. maintain hygiene and use a soft cloth to wipe the baby. use a mild detergent to wash baby's clothes. you can try using baby cetaphil lotion. apply in a small area and see if it helps. then apply all over. this will help reduce any mild rashes.
