what is the reasons behind baby's green poop? is it a sign of any infection?

A. not always.. If your baby is on iron supplements than his/her poop can be dark green in color. If the baby is fed with certain food substance like- green vegetables like spinach, peas, beans or broccoli in the form of purees or soups, the poop can be green. Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop. Imbalance in foremilk and hind milk also causes green stools. during teething, stool color are green

A. Hi mom Teething can bring out green stools due to increased saliva. So no need to worry.. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds, passing out urine properly then no need to worry.
