it might happen because of as your body went through major surgery ,or nutritional deficiency,bone alignment change etc
so please take healthy and well blanaced diet
take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
avoid drinking RO water
don't sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping.
it will help in this.
