Q.

what is the reason my daughter who is 5 months and 19 days old isn't sleeping at night from her birth... she doesn't sleep at night properly at time and with that i also have to sit with her and be with her... due to that i am facing knee pain issues and back pain issues and also the size of my tummy is a bit big still... know please tell me taht how can she sleep during night at time peacefully.

A. Sleeping pattern in children may be variable in different age group so if the baby is active and taking proper feeding with no other complaints most of the time there is nothing to worry. You have to just see the child should not be uncomfortable which may be because of factors like tempeyrature of the room nasal blockage some discomfort like infauntile colic or hunger. In older children a proper discipline is required so that the sleeping pattern can be scheduled according to a proper time try to avoid too much of screen time with sometimes can be the causative factor for disturbed sleep.
