what is the reason for very dark green colour potty? does it indicate some health problem?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. if it is not foul smelling and watery than normal. if you r giving formula milk than it's common n normal only, as now a days formula contains iron, which causes dark green color stools

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi is your child taking formula feeds? if yes then it happens because of iron supplements of formula. but if a child is breastfed baby then it might be food reaction which you ate. or it might happen because of imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk. so please feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well.
