what is the reason behind green poop, which is full of mucous or jelly like substance?

A. Hi! Green to yellow colour stool is normal for age. However if frequency is more than 3 times in a day or too liquid consistency then it indicates diarrhea.
Also sometimes excess mucus in stool indicates mild infection. If it continues consult your Pediatrician for further investigation and treatment. thanks.
