Q. I am 28 weeks pregnant. My GTT tolerance test was done in 26 weeks and one hour report was slightly high. Doctor gave me a chart to monitor fasting and 2 hr post meal value. My question is- 1. Should i note the timing from the first bite or last. 2. Should i monitor only fasting plus 2 hr or 1 hr is also required. 3. Sometimes my 1 hr spike is more than 140 but my 2 hour reading is everytime less than 120, should i be worried.
