what is the normal body temperature of a baby ? when should I use a dolo drops in case of fever ?

A. A normal temperature in babies and children is about 36.4C (97.5F), but this can vary slightly. A fever is usually considered to be a temperature of 38C (100.4F) or above. Just breast feed well... Maintain comfortable room temperature, avoid self medications.. do consult with paediatrician.
