What is the minimum n maximum duration of course for Merosure syrup O and lizomed syrup ., My doc had prescribed it for 10 days for treatment of pneumonia to my child who is 2 yr 11 mnths .But evn aftr discharge frm hospital where he gt injection of meroprenem and vancomycin ....he got fever continuously so i changed the doctor .Now new doc has given a new antibiotic which is milder dan the latter .but the prev antibiotics is taken for 6 days ...so cn i change it to new antibiotic? or will the incomplete course of antibiotics harm my child
