Dr Rashmi SriramGuardian of a 9 yr 5 m old girl7 years agoA. Hi, infantile seborrhoea dermatitis is called cradle cap. It can be due to transfer of maternal hormones . It is self limiting and will stop by 9 months. Applying coconut oil before bath followed by gentle cleansing is sufficient. However if severe candid lotion can be used for a week
