Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Well there is nothing like "ideal" here as so.manuy factors govern the weight of her. but it could be around 2.6 to 3 kg. Please take supplements as directed by your gynecologist
