Hello mom, offer mashed rice, potatoes, pumpkin, cereals and wholegrains health mix, sweet potato, apple these foods are prefer to your baby 6 months to 8 months. After 8 to 12 months offer ghee, dals, butter, cottage cheese, yogurt, lean meat, fish offer all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Offer plenty of water per day. Keep your baby healthy and hydrated.
