what is the good time to start solid food for baby? MY SIL baby is 1 years old but only depends on mother's milk. she don't cheing anything.. please suggest what will do ??

A. hello mom ideally solids can be introduced to the baby from the age of 6 months onwards as by then alone mothers feed is not suffiecent for their growth requirements , from the age of 1 onwards they can be given all usual family foods
