POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 9 yr old boy5 years agoA. Hello parent, Meftal-Forte Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Mefenamic Acid and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Dolo 250 is to treat fever and it contains Paracetamol only.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy6 years agoA. hello there should at the minimum be 4 hours gap between each dosage if medicine.. be it calpol or meftal.. befire 4 hours you cannot put any medication.. otherwise in general 6 hours gap or 8 hours can be followed based on fever
