Hello mom this age they can be Given solids ranging from liquid to semi solids by now you can give a lot of varieties ranging from steamed and mashed vegetables or soups and can give seasonal fruits which can be made into a pulp or juice form also cereals like rice can be given along with dals or khichadi ,Suji can be given as well in the form of porridge apart from that with ragi or multigrain mix would also be good
