ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom you can give the baby liquid semi solid and mashed consistency foods, you can alternate it with your feed.
start with one thing at a time for them would be good.and just a few tsp and then gradually increase the quantity, variety and number of meals,
so steamed vegetables, soups, fresh fruit juices or pulps , porridge made with ragi, suji , multigrain mix, kichidi, curds , ghee.
