what is the dose of paracetamol 120 mg for 2.3 yr old kid

A. dose of paracetamol depends on weight of baby and not on age of baby share babies weight dose is 15mg/kg give fever medication if fever is above 100F only

A. hello the dosage of any medicine depends on the weight of the baby that's why self medication is not advisable...better get it prescribed by your pediatrician or call your doctor and ask... sometimes nthats better...as to be on safer side..m

A. Hi. The dose of paracetamol not only depends on age but also the weight of your baby. On the bottle itself the dose according to weight is given. Better to consult pediatrician.
