ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. You should avoid giving cough syrups if the coughing is mild. Give plenty of liquids especially soups and warm liquids to the child. Give indirect steam. Give a pinch of sitopladi churna twice a day mixed with honey.
