Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 9 m old boy7 years agoA. Paracetamol should be given according to the weight of your child so you should of leave the weight is 3 kgs it should be given 50 mg of Paracetamol and it can be repeated every 6 hourly if required
